When can I expect to receive my order?

I will try my best to ship every order in 48 hours - when the order is shipped you will receive an email with the confirmation and tracking information. Please note that I am not responsible for any delays with the transport company or errors with the address.

Do you offer wholesale?

Can I request customization on an item? What if it’s something you don’t have in your store?

Yes - I will advise if the product you are asking is possible or not. You can ask me for a specific model that I have indicating the color you'd like. Note that these can take up to 10business days to be ready to ship depending on the quantity.

What materials do you use?

The earrings are made from high quality Polymer clay and the metal details are gold silver plated unless stated otherwise.

Where are these products made?

Everything is handmade in València, Spain at my home by me, myself and I :)

What if I receive my order in bad condition?

If you received a product in bad condition please let me know ASAP - shoot me an email at heythere@mollyandmaystudio.com - I will accept every damage claim within 72 hours after receipt. Please note that any damage in the box should be notified - make sure to include photos on the email as well.
